- Improving the user experience on the site: analysis of consumer profiles, personalization of content.

ASM may use subcontractors to process User data, always in strict compliance with the law and this Privacy Policy.

User data may be collected directly (in person, by telephone, by e-mail, through the Website) or indirectly (through partners or group companies).

- The processing is unlawful and the User opposes the deletion of the data;
- ASM no longer needs the data, but it is necessary for the User for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings.
7.6 Right to Personal Data Portability
The User has the right to receive their data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit this data to another data controller, provided that the processing is automated and based on consent or contract.
7.7 Right to Object to Treatment
Users may object to the processing of their data, particularly for direct marketing purposes or when the processing is based on ASM’s legitimate interests. ASM will cease processing unless it has compelling legitimate grounds which override the User’s rights.
8. Procedures for the Exercise of Rights by the User
User rights can be exercised by emailing algarvespamassage@gmail.com. Requests will be answered within a maximum period of one month, which may be extended in cases of greater complexity.
9. Personal data breaches
In the event of a personal data breach likely to cause a high risk to the User’s rights and freedoms, ASM will report the occurrence within 72 hours.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
ASM reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated on the Site, and the date of the last update will be present at the top of the document.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the GDPR and Portuguese law. Any disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Lisbon.
